This is the holiday palette I’ve been waiting ALL year for — the Mega Pro 3 palette!! 😀 I know every beauty brand is coming out with something special for the holiday season…but me being a HUGE LORAC fan and pretty much obsessed with their PRO palettes….The Mega Pro is the only one I care about! So! Did it live up to my (high) expectations? Let’s get into the down and dirty! 😛
When I shared my review on the LORAC PRO 3 palette, reader (and fellow blogger) Nicole asked for a comparison of the LORAC PRO palettes. Which is a brilliant idea and one I am more than happy to do! I am a big fan of these PRO palettes — and LORAC as a brand — but today I’m going to dive into the nitty-gritty and discuss the pros and cons of each palette.

It’s finally here! Ever since I shared this post, I’ve been checking my Ulta emails daily waiting for the new PRO 3 palette to become available. And. Just as I hoped. They gave early access to Platinum members! *insert little happy dance* I purchased this baby within 5 minutes of receiving the email and have been using it daily since it arrived in order to get this review up to you pronto!
Today I’m collaborating with a bunch of gals to create a prom-inspired makeup look and I’ll not only be showing you all the products I used to create this look, but also a step-by-step tutorial for the eye look. NYX Cosmetics released their new Ultimate Shadow Palettes a few weeks ago and everyone instantly connected them visually as looking like the popular Viseart palettes. These palettes are on the more expensive end for NYX, but I was able to get them on sale during a ‘Buy One Get One Half Off” and use a 20% off Ulta coupon on top of that. Much more affordable! But are they worth it?
I’ve never done something like this, but I am eager to give it a go! I stumbled across this “Finish 7 by Spring” challenge on Youtube when one of the gals I follow posted a project pan video showing what she was going to try to finish up before the first day of spring, and after binge-watching a ton of project pan videos, I was inspired to join in on the challenge!
