I know I am late sharing about the Smashbox Light It Up holiday collection for this year, but I did want to still share my thoughts since some of the sets are still available. Smashbox released a bunch of different sets, exclusive to the different stores. I am not sure how many different value sets they put out this year, but I have three of them that I’ve been able to test out extensively this past month.
When Makeup Geek came out with this Autumn Glow bundle, I knew it was finally time to try out this brand and see if it is worth all the hype that it gets on social media. The good news about this bundle is, none of the shades are limited edition so even after the bundle deal goes away, this review and the shadows will still be relevant and helpful because they can be purchased as individual shadows anytime.
I was so excited when I saw on LORAC’s Snapchat that they released PRO liquid lipsticks — I didn’t realize these were even in the works! But with everyone adding liquid lipstick to their line, I can’t say I’m surprised…only that it took LORAC so long to jump into the game! But liquid lipsticks are really tricky to get right so I was curious to see how they did.
Time for another Dupe or Dud showdown! Today we’re going to see if Makeup Revolution’s Iconic Pro 1 palette is a dupe for the LORAC PRO palette (which just happens to be a long time favorite of mine). The Iconic Pro palette had it’s work cut out for itself trying to prove to me that it was just as good my LORAC. Did it succeed?? 🙂
I shared my original top 5 nude lipsticks well over a year ago — which you can read HERE — and because nudes are my favorite shade to wear…it’s about time I update you all on my current top 5.
