Don’t feel bad if you didn’t know the youtubers before they collaborated with Pixi on these products…I was only familiar with two of the four! 😛 But anyways, were the products in the collab good? The buzz surrounding the new formulation and addition of matte shades in Wet n Wild’s popular Color Icon line hit an all-time high when we saw their Rosé in the Air palette. Last year the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance palette basically revolutionized the beauty community for it’s fantastic formula and warm-toned reds and oranges, so of course everyone immediately saw the similarities between these palettes. BareMinerals was always a brand I skipped over when perusing the aisles at my local Ulta or Sephora…and I honestly don’t know why. Maybe because BareMinerals seemed to cater more to people who like light, natural makeup? Y’all know I am like, “full coverage or why bother?” 😛 But, regardless of why, I was excited when they reached out to me and asked if they could send me a few products from their BareMinerals barePro line to try out. I am always up for trying a new brand…and in this case, I am so glad I got the opportunity because I will no longer be passing over this brand on future Ulta or Sephora trips. 🙂
