It’s no secret that IT Cosmetics is one of my all-time favorite brands. They’re one of the first highend brands I tried out when I started getting into makeup, and they’ve continued to impress me with the quality of their products. A few years ago I shared my Top 10 IT Cosmetics products and that post has continued to get a lot of love and traffic since then, but IT Cosmetics has been releasing a lot of awesome products since I shared those picks. And while all 10 of those products I mentioned are still fantastic…I have discovered new favorites! So I figured it was well overdue to do an updated Top favorites from IT Cosmetics!
If you weren’t aware, the annual IT Cosmetics Friends and Family sale is going on — along with free shipping over $30 you can also use the code ITFRIEND17 to get 25% off your total order. Pretty sweet, eh? It’s a great time to try out some IT Cosmetics products!

Top 5 IT Cosmetics Favorite Recommendations
First let’s dive into my top 5 all-time favorite products from IT Cosmetics. These are the products that I can’t stand not to have in my collection! Seriously, I’ve used at least one whole tube/container of each of these and have repurchased at least once! They’re that good!
1. Your Skin But Better CC+ Cream with SPF 50+
Retail Price: $38
You guys know, I am a ‘full coverage or nothing’ kind of girl — I’ve struggled with acne for over 10 years and while I don’t deal with breakouts as much anymore, I still have a lot of texture and hyper-pigmentation that I prefer to cover up if I’m going to go through the effort of putting on makeup that day. With all that said, anytime I saw “cc cream” on a product, I automatically passed it over. No way, it would never give me the coverage I wanted! Well, then I tried the IT Cosmetics CC+ Cream…and I became an instant believer that you can have coverage AND color correcting serum in one. IT Cosmetics does CC Creams SO right and I’ve been through an entire tube (that was a special, double size) already and am so glad to have this back in my collection. I’ve been wearing it a lot this month!

2. Tightline 3-in-1 Black Primer, Eyeliner, Mascara
Retail Price: $24
I think I’ve been through three tubes of this stuff…it’s amazing, especially if you struggle with ITSY-BITSY, tiny lower lashes like I do. I struggle to the point that if I try to use just a regular mascara wand — even a small-ish one — I get mascara smudges all over my skin. I seriously have to have a tube of this mascara in my collection (or the dupe, that is also very good) or I will just skip doing my lower lashes all together. If you are like me…give this baby a try! It’ll change your makeup game for the better!!

3. Bye Bye Makeup 3-in-1 Makeup Melting Balm
Retail Price: $38
My preference for removing my makeup is to use a makeup removing balm or oil cleanser — balms are my favorite, though, because it’s just less messy. A little over a year ago IT Cosmetics launched in Sephora and they sent me their Bye Bye Makeup Melting Balm to try…and I’ve been in love ever since! Seriously, I am currently on my 3rd tub of this stuff. It smells heavenly, removes every speck of my makeup (even gets all my mascara off most nights), and feels amazing on the skin. I’ve compared this to the more wallet-friendly, cult-favorite cleansing balm from Clinique and while they are very close…I still prefer the Bye Bye Makeup!
4. Naturally Pretty Matte Palette, Vol 1 or 2
Retail Price: $42
I fell in love with IT Cosmetics matte formula when I first bought their 2014 holiday palette — it’s still a favorite of mine today! If you want an every-day, easy go-to palette that’ll be perfect no matter what your job is, either the volume 1 or 2 palette would be perfect for you! The translating pearl shade is also fun to spice up your look a bit, if you’re not wanting an all matte look. But overall, I feel like this would be a great staple palette to invest in and you could get a lot of different looks with the IT Cosmetics matte palette!
5. Bye Bye Pores Pressed Powder
Retail Price: $29
I always heard great things about the Bye Bye Pores pressed powder, but it took me a while to get around to actually giving it a try. And then I understood the hype! It kinda reminds me of the more expensive NARS pressed translucent powder, but at a more wallet-friendly price! Especially right now, with their sale going on! They have both a pressed and loose version, so depending on your preference, IT Cosmetics has you covered! For me, personally, I like to just use this to set my under eyes so the pressed works best for me. Have you tried this yet? Right now is a good time to see if it works for you! 😉

5 IT Cosmetics Wish List Recommendations
Okay, so now that we’ve went over the top 5 products that I’ve tried and absolutely LOVED from IT Cosmetics…I did want to share 5 products that I just added to my collection and am so excited to start using. These are mostly newer products that IT Cosmetics has released that I haven’t gotten around to trying yet…or their makeup brushes that I don’t own yet. You guys hear me say it all the time — but IT Cosmetics brushes are my favorite high-end brushes that I own. They’re fantastic quality, stand the test of time, and are just so soft! Let’s just get right into it!
1. Superhero Liner
Retail Price: $24
This launched not too long ago (at least it doesn’t feel like that long ago…) and I’ve been eyeing it ever since. You guys know I love to wing out my liner and get a really long, thin wing, so whenever I see a brand I love come out with a new eyeliner pen…I’m all ears! I’ve heard a lot of good things about this liner from fellow beauty bloggers, so I am so excited to give it a try myself! Have you tried this yet? Does it make doing a wing easy? Let me know below!
2. Heavenly Luxe French Boutique Blush Brush #4
Retail Price: $34.50
I’ve been wanting to try this brush out for years. Not only is the design so pretty with the clear ball in the middle, but I personally like using an angled brush for both my blush and bronzer. I’ve always heard great things about this brush, so I have high hopes and expectations for this one! Do you own it? Let me know if you love it, too!
3. Heavenly Luxe Flat Top Buffing Foundation Brush #6
Retail Price: $48
I know I already have a ton of foundation brushes…but I have been wanting to try this flat top buffing brush for years! I’ve owned and loved their dual-ended foundation brush for over 3 years now, so I am pretty sure I will love this as well. I am curious to compare it to the popular Sigma Beauty flattop foundation brush. Would you like to see a comparison against the two??
4. Heavenly Luxe Radiance Wand Brush #14
Retail Price: $48
This brush looks ideal for brushing away bake under the eyes or lighting bronzing the outer edges of my face…and it just looks so soft! I haven’t heard much about this brush, so I am curious to see how I like it. Do you own this brush? If so, let me know your favorite way to use it!
5. Hello Light Anti-Aging Powder Luminizer
Retail Price: $24
Highlighter is all the rage these days…but I feel like I never really hear about IT Cosmetics highlighters. Is it because they’re no good? Or just a hidden gem that everyone keeps overlooking? That’s what I want to find out! 😀 If you own this luminizer, please let me know your thoughts down below! I am someone who enjoys a more natural highlight that just gives a healthy glow to the cheeks — which, when I think of IT Cosmetics and their focus of enhancing your natural beauty…I have high hopes that I’ll love this product!

MarciaF says
I’d be hard pressed to name just 5 but the ones that immediately came to mind are the CC+ Cream, the new Secret Sauce moisturizer, and their face brushes. I know I could come up with a top 20 though!
Katie Marie says
YES! It’s so hard to only name 5, I totally agree! I had several I wanted to include that are favorites as well, lol. I haven’t tried that secret sauce moisturizer yet, but I’ve heard nothing but good things!
25 Sweetpeas says
I have yet to try iT cosmetics but I want to some times! Sounds like they have some good things!
joannej_1974 says
You can get some incredible deals from shopping channels (QVC in the US and TSC in Canada). We don’t have IT in store in Canada, but I’ve never sent back anything and I have a LOT of their makeup, skincare and brushes. Definitely a fantastic brand for anyone with skin issues too.
Katie Marie says
They have GREAT products!
Painted Fingertips says
That matte palette looks lovely!
Katie Marie says
I love a good all-matte palette and IT Cosmetics are bomb!
The Jedi Wife says
This is a great list, and I should have asked you for your suggestions before standing at an IT counter being so indecisive! At least I know where to go from here!
Katie Marie says
lol! Awww, sorry, I know, the makeup counters can be VERY overwhelming with everything displayed so beautifully!
My Nail Polish Obsession says
I could get behind the makeup melting balm and the shadow palette.
Katie Marie says
YES! Love the makeup melting balm SO much — definitely a ‘treat yourself’ purchase, lol
Polarbelle says
I’d like to try the liner, too. I love the SUperhero mascara, and since they’re sisters, I’d love to try it
Katie Marie says
I always try to look at the liner in store….but everyone feels the need to MURDER the tip of the liner when they test it out, so I never know what it’ll really look like, haha! Those poor testers…
Ehmkay Nails says
Yay for sales! Great recs.
Katie Marie says
Yes girl, I’m all about saving some money!
CosmetopiaDigest.com says
The Naturally Pretty palettes are my absolute favourites! I bought Vol and and 2, and the Celebration palette as well. I wish they’d do another one – maybe a more purpley-matte one!
Katie Marie says
Yes, I was surprised they didn’t bring one out for the holidays this year!
joannej_1974 says
IT Cosmetics is one of my favorite high end brands as well! I love your picks and have or had most of the products on your list but I really want to try their TIGHTLINE mascara. My HG is the CC Cream because it looks and feels great but also helps heal my eczema flare ups! I love that you can just throw it on a bare face and have everything already in the formula – a massive time saver.
I have a lot of IT products. I think their formulas are incredible but they need to work on their shades and packaging (ie. Superhero Mascara needs a smaller stopper). I haven’t tried their lipsticks or eye pencils and the lipliners I bought 2 years ago seemed dried up (probably old stock from TSC). They finally made a Canadian website but it doesn’t carry their entire line. In fact, it’s similiar to what TSC has. My top recommendations would be:
IT Cosmetics Anti-Aging Full Coverage Physical SPF50 CC Cream
IT Cosmetics Superhero Elastic Stretch Mascara
IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores Anti-Aging Silk Pressed Blush
IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Anti-Aging Treatment Eye Cream
IT Cosmetics Je Ne Sais Quoi Color Awakening Hydrating Lip Treatment
IT Cosmetics Your Most Wished For Holiday Palette with Gift Box
IT Cosmetics Limited Edition Luxe Brush Set w/ Brush Roll Makeup Bag
IT Cosmetics IT’s Your Top 5 Superstars Skin Perfecting Collection
IT Cosmetics French Boutique Blush Brush
IT Cosmetics No Tug Eyeshadow Brush
IT Cosmetics Heavenly Luxe Complexion Perfection Brush
IT Cosmetics Luxe Flat Top Buffing Foundation Brush
IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores Minimizing Powder Brush
Katie Marie says
Thank you so much for your sweet comment, I loved reading your thoughts and favorites from IT Cosmetics! Yes girl, the SuperHero mascara needs SOME help with the stopper. It can get kinda gunky really quickly!
I hope your able to try the tightline someday soon — I absolutely love it! Such a handy thing to have for my lower lashes! You shared so many awesome products! I haven’t tried their heavenly luxe no tug eyeshadow brush yet, either, but this reminds me that I need to!
