Few people in my every-day-life can understand how excited I get for a new eyeshadow palette or a foundation that covers all my spots without having to apply a thousand layers layers. 😉
Which is one of the reasons I wanted to blog about beauty and makeup — I wanted to discover gals that could get excited with me about new makeup releases.

And like the gals over on La Bella: Sisterhood of Beauty. If you’ve never heard of this Facebook group, than let me enlighten you so that you have the opportunity to join this fabulous group of beauty lovers.
La Bella is a community that allows you to talk about beauty all day long…and no one will get annoying with you, because we all take our love and passion for makeup very, very seriously.
Okay, so we’re not always serious — we have a lot of fun on there, too!
You can ask literally any beauty question — about a new collection coming out or peoples thoughts on a certain product — and there are over 4,000 ladies who could help you answer that question.
And, typically, you get a flood of answers within 30 minutes of posting the question. (Yeah, we’re all obsessed with making….AND our La Bella group 🙂 )
You also have the option to resell used or new makeup on the page. This might surprise you, but we actually do a lot of selling and buying on that page, around our chats about different makeup products.
So if there is a new collection or product that is coming out soon and you need money fast, you are welcome to sell any backups you may have, or even your used makeup. Got to specify in the post what condition the product is in, but who knows — maybe someone wants to try out the last quarter left of your foundation, right?!
And as a result, you can find lots of good deals on makeup products, both new and used! Pretty sweet, huh?!
I recently bought an Hourglass Ambient Lighting palette for more than $10 cheaper than if I had bought it at Sephora. And that included shipping, tracking, and Paypal fee charges. Pretty sweet deal, in my book. 🙂
The group is run by an amazing group of beauty gurus and led by the talented and beautiful Tiffany Filippini. She started this group, wanting to get together a bunch of beauty lovers and create an atmosphere with no drama and just a lot of warm, loving spirit between everyone, and she’s done a fantastic job at it!

It doesn’t matter where you are in your ‘makeup journey’ — there are those gals that always have their makeup game on point and those gals that are just starting out in makeup (Sometimes I feel like I belong in the latter group 😛 — haha, the girls in this group are just so good at makeup!).
And that’s the beauty of this community — we’re all there, at different levels, to help one another and have fun ‘playing’ with, and talking about, makeup
There is only one caution I must give you before you join….
….be prepared to find new friends who will encourage your beauty addiction!
