My Review…

How it Wears…
For those that don’t know me, I really enjoy wearing headbands. They’re quick and fun and keep my hair out of my way. The only major problem I always have is that I get really bad headaches behind my ears when I wear them for any length of time. So I put Goody Athletique Headwrap to the test and wore it all day…and never felt a headache at all!

This really thrilled me, as did the fact that, because of the Velcro in the back, I was able to wear it to fit my head perfectly and it never started slipping. The color I got to review was in black, so I’ve been able to wear this on MANY occasions — it’s really easy to glam this up or just use it to keep all your hair out of your face on a regular day.

Major Likes…
That it doesn’t give me ANY headache!! I am so thankful to have finally found a headband that I can wear without having to take it off mid-day because of the headache I have.

Major Dislikes…
None really….the band IS pretty wide, so I wouldn’t have minded if it was a bit thinner. But maybe I just have a small head. πŸ™‚

Final Thoughts…
This is a great headband to have in your collection! I know this is geared toward women who work out (it’s supposed to soak up sweat and such), but I’ve loved it just as a way to style my hair for any given day. πŸ™‚ Two thumbs up from me!

I received this product from Influenster for free in order to review. It was not required that I give a positive review, but solely to express my own thoughts and opinions of this product, which I have done. I only recommend products and/or services that I have personally used or experienced and that I believe will be good for my readers.

It looks great on you. I think it would be a good headband to wear when working out.

I would love this headband. I work out almost everyday and hate placing my hair in a band as it gives me a headache. I also hate having my hair in my face, especially when lifting weights and bending over. These would be perfect.

I recently returned to wearing my natural curls and headbands have become my best friend. *SMILE* The ones with the tiny teeth caused so much breakage that I no longer wear them so these Goody Athletique headbands are ideal for me. I agree the band can be a tad wide so I found that if I fold in half, it fits perfectly.

    GREAT review.

I also can't seem to wear tight headbands they cause headaches so this would be perfect to try! Thanks for the review!

Closer to Lucy – Yeah, I hear you. I usually just wore it for half the day, since I really enjoy wearing headbands. But now I can wear headbands and not worry about the headache!

Krystal – Yes, definitely! I think that's more what it is meant for. But since I don't work out that often, I use it for going out, too πŸ™‚

Autumn – Then this is the headband for you! I hope you are able to get it! πŸ™‚

Tomi – Ohh, smart idea! I'm going to have to fold it in half next time and see if I like that way, too πŸ™‚

Minta – You're welcome! This headband is awesome!

Good review! Headbands often give me headaches too so I don't usually wear them.

Kate – Yeah, they do for me too. Which is why I always grab for this headband. I've never gotten a headache yet πŸ™‚

I gave up on headbands because they always ended up giving me dizzy headaches. These seem soft and loose enough so that they won't do that or harm my already damaged hair.

Luz – I am the same way — traditional headbands would always give me splitting headaches within an hour of wearing them. But that's the awesome thing about these headbands — they don't give you headaches. πŸ™‚
